Today, we're going to take a look at the tailor-made 20-inch-diameter emergency life preserver in the orange color. Now, this life preserver ring can be used as a flotation device during a water emergency. The design of this meets the safety regulations of the U.S. Coast Guard, and it can be used on recreational or commercial watercraft.It has a nice durable, buoyant construction, uses a vinyl coated polyurethane foam, which easily stays afloat, and it has the polypropylene grab lines, which are strong and UV resistant, and you notice these sewn-in loops here help keep the grab lines attached to the ring. Review of Taylor Made Boat Accessories - Life Ring - 369570001- Video
Today we're going to take a look at the Taylor Made 24 inch diameter arrow buoy life ring in the orange color. Now this life ring can be used as a flotation device during a water emergency, can be used on recreational or commercial watercraft. It is a buoyant close cell foam which keeps the life ring afloat without absorbing water and has a nice tough polyethylene shell for resistant to damage that can be caused by gasoline, oil, saltwater and pool chemicals. You can see it's a nice bright orange color. It's very easy to spot. It is made in the USA and this design does meet the safety standards of the Canadian Coast Guard. more

Collin: Hey, everyone. It's Collin here at e-trailer. So today, I want to take a quick minute and show you guys this Oversize and Wide Load sign from Erickson. Now, in any cases where you may be carrying an oversized or wide load, examples might be big old track hose on the back of your big tractor trailer right here, or it could even be a mobile home that you might be carrying around. Any situation, you're going to want to get one of these signs to let other motorists know that you do have a big oversized or wide load on the back so they use caution. There's a lot of different situations where this sign could come in handy, not only on the front of your truck, but if you've got a trailer pulling behind, you're going to want one for the back of that, as well, or even if you had some lead and follow cars, it wouldn't hurt to have some signs for those, as well.The banner is going to come with four of these ropes that you can use to strap them to your bumper or wherever else you want to mount your banner. more

Erickson Fluorescent Red Mesh Safety Flag Review- Video
Hey everyone, it's Collin with etrailer. Today I want to take a minute and show you guys this florescent red flag from Erickson. Basically what this is designed for is any extended load you have outside of your truck or even your vehicle. You're going to want to attach this to the end to let people know that you have that extended load and it's gonna warn people not to get too close to you.Now normal rule of thumb is going to be if your load as extended about three feet from the edge of your vehicle, it's going to be required to have this flag on the end of it. That will vary from state to state. Just make sure you check with those specifications for whatever state you live in.It's going to have a very durable mesh construction to it. more

Review of Peterson Emergency Supplies - Set of 3 Folding Warning Triangles - PM449- Video
Today, we'll be taking a look at the Peterson Triangle Warning Reflector kit. This is going to be something that you want to keep in your vehicle but hopefully that you never really have to use, something that's going to give us some peace of mind but in the event that we do run into some trouble on the road, this will help to warn other drivers to steer clear or come to our aid.It comes a nice little carrying case, makes it easy to store in a compartment on your RV, in your truck, in your trunk. Just snaps up. It's made of a durable plastic construction and this will measure about 19 inches wide or 19 inches long by about four inches wide and then about four and a half inches tall.The important part is what's inside. We'll have our three triangles that we can set up. These fold away easily so we can fit inside that case and to lift them out, just pull up on either side and then we can snap them together and also turn it out so that it's more stable.This black portion here is weighted with sand to make it more stable especially when we're out on the highway and we're into carrying those gusts of wind as cars pass us by. more

Review of Erickson Emergency Supplies - Safety Flag - EM05303- Video
Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Erickson Mesh Safety Flag with grommets. This helps to warn other drivers of an oversized load and also stay in compliance with any local laws. We'll have two grommets at the top as our mounting positions or our mounting holes there, those are going to be reinforced to help prevent any tearing at those critical points since that's often the point of failure on anything especially made of mesh. But it does have a nice coating there to help resist any tearing for the flag itself. It's obviously very bright, very eye catching.It's a fluorescent orange color, and it's got some material on the sides to help keep that from fraying on either side as well. As far as how large the mesh flag is it's 18 inches right on from side to side there. more

Today we're taking a look at the Erickson Emergency Warning Triangles. Now this comes in a three-pack, so I have two folded up, one all the way out on display. These warning triangles simply let you warn other motorists of a breakdown or a roadside situation. They are Department of Transportation-compliant, and they are dual-sided so you have the reflective material on both sides of the unit. So we have the reflective material on the front and on the back, making the triangles highly visible from either direction. The base of the triangle can be weighed down, so there's a cap right here that can be removed so that way you can place a heavier material in there. more

It's also available in fluorescent orange, part number: EM05308. This mesh flag allows you to safely transport your elongated or wide loads. Safety flags are required for a load that extends more than four inches beyond the sides or more than four feet behind the rear of your vehicle. Today we're going to be taking a look at part number CAM51016. These are the Camco Fire Starter Sticks. You're going to get a total quantity of 12 sticks. They've got these nice little grooves in them so that way you can just break off one stick if you need it. They're just very easy to take apart and break off however many sticks you need to use to start your fire. They're going to be non-toxic. They are waterproof. more

The reflective slow-moving vehicle emblem will help caution fellow drivers when you drive slowly. It has a nice plastic backing that will screw directly into your vehicle. Hardware is not provided with this, so just keep that in mind, and it does conform to ASAES276.5. To go over some of our dimensions here, we have a height measurement of about 14 and 1/8 of an inch. more

Today, we'll be reviewing the part number HM15285, this is the Hopkins winter emergency kit. Contains the essentials that we need for winter emergencies and it's going to help us be prepared in case we get lost or trapped in the snow. Has this nice little storage container that will conveniently fit in the small spaces whether it's under your seat, in your truck or in a drawer or a cabinet at home. It's about 9 inches in length, about 3.25 inches in length, about 7.5 inches tall. It's a nice little bag that will conveniently fit wherever you need it to.
